206 US-listed companies (market cap above $1bn) whose new chief executive took office between 24 September 2024 and 24 September 2025, so each has had 12 to 24 months in the role. The list comes from an SEC screen of 8-K Item 5.02 filings (the investor2 swarm, extended to September 2025 filings), cleaned of spin-offs, mergers and misread filings, plus foreign filers the screen cannot see (Stellantis, Novo Nordisk, Unilever). Researched companies have the full write-up: both CEOs' strategies, a personality assessment, direct competitors and their CEOs. Screen only companies have prices, the scorecard and comps against automatic industry peers; their CEO names are as the screen read the filing, so ceo_check compares each with the CEO Financial Modeling Prep lists today (a mismatch means a misread filing, a CEO who has since left, or a stale FMP record).
