The list comes from an SEC screen of 8-K Item 5.02 filings (filed June 2023 to September 2024, classified with investor2's scout, plus the investor2 swarm's events), cleaned of spin-offs, mergers and misread filings, plus foreign filers the screen cannot see (ASML, BP, HSBC, Nestlé, Burberry). Researched companies have the full write-up: both CEOs' strategies, a personality assessment, direct competitors and their CEOs. Screen only companies have prices, the scorecard and comps against automatic industry peers; their CEO names are as the screen read the filing, so ceo_check compares each with the CEO Financial Modeling Prep lists today (a mismatch means a misread filing, a CEO who has since left, or a stale FMP record).
